iss074e0420483 (March 28, 2026) --- NASA astronaut and Expedition 74 flight engineer Jack Hathaway pedals on an exercise cycle, also known as the Cycle Ergometer with Vibration Isolation and Stabilization (CEVIS), inside the International Space Station's Destny laboratory module. Astronauts living and working aboard the orbital outpost exercise two hours a day, seven days a week, to maintain muscle and bone health and counteract the effects of microgravity.
