An Astrobee autonomously maneuvers inside the International Space Station

iss075e0190291 (Oct. 13, 2026) --- A toaster-sized Astrobee free-flying robotic assistant is pictured autonomously maneuvering inside the International Space Station's Kibo laboratory module. The cube-shaped robot is designed to help scientists and engineers develop and test technologies for use in microgravity, assist astronauts with routine chores, and provide ground controllers with additional eyes and ears aboard the orbital outpost.
